Re-Entry: What to Expect // FAQ

What To Expect

We are thrilled to welcome you back into the building beginning Sunday, July 5th, for two morning worship services. Our staff team has been preparing for this day, and we want to make you aware of what to expect and how things may look a little different as you return.

Registration will be available for up to 250 people for the 10:30 AM service.  After you've completed your registration, an email will automatically be sent to confirm the date and time of your service registration.

Here is what you can expect on Sunday mornings:
  • Be prepared to maintain 6 ft. social distancing in the parking lot and in the building.
  • Be prepared with a mask. Masks are required for everyone age 10 and older while on campus.
  • Use the provided hand sanitizer as you enter the building.
  • Plan to use the restroom BEFORE you leave home to keep visits to the restroom to a minimum.
  • Be gracious to the volunteer team who is working within the guidelines given to them to maintain the safest environment possible for everyone.

Thank you for your continued patience with us and the process, as we look forward to welcoming you inside again!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the Sunday morning service times?
We will be running two services.
  • The 9:15 AM service will be a Drive-In service only.  This service will NOT be live streamed.
  • The 10:30 AM service will be in the building.  This service is designed to be family-friendly to engage children and will be available via live stream.

Do I need a reservation?
Reservations will be required for the 10:30 AM indoor service only.  Please visit our homepage for the registration link.  Please plan to register each week; the registration link will be live from Wednesday at 10:00 AM until Saturday afternoon at 4:00 PM.

How will I indicate how many family members are attending with me?
At the bottom of the registration form you will find a link to add another registrant before submitting your completed form.

What if I didn't make a reservation ahead of time?
Please plan to come; walk-up registration will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

When should I plan to arrive?
The registration tables will open 30 minutes prior to each service.

Will childcare be available?
Due to the difficulty of social distancing with children, childcare will NOT be provided.  Please plan to keep children with you during the worship service.

What doors will I use to enter the church?
The main doors under the carport and the side door off of the Frank Drive parking lot will have registration tables and will be open for entrance.  Please plan to use only these two entrances.

Will I be required to wear a mask?
Yes. To fulfill government requirements and to respect those around us in the most loving manner, masks are required for everyone age 10 and older while on campus.  Masks are encouraged for children under 10, and for those two and under a mask should never be worn. At this time, we are encouraging those who have a medical condition preventing them from wearing a mask or those who choose not to wear a mask to take advantage of our Drive-In or Live Stream services.

Will social distancing be enforced?
Yes. We will comply with the 6 ft. social distancing expectation both indoors and outdoors to the best of our ability.

Will I have to have my temperature taken?
Yes. A volunteer will take your temperature with a non-contact infrared thermometer as soon as you enter the building. Please stay home if you know you are running a fever of 100.4 or higher or are experiencing symptoms of illness.

Will restrooms be available?
We will have the main lobby restrooms available; however, we are requesting that you use the restroom before you leave home.

How long should I expect the service to last?
Services will last approximately 45 minutes.
