Will Langford
Senior Pastor
Dr. Langford has served as Senior Pastor since 2009. He is married to Melissa, and they have two grown daughters: Brittany Walker (husband: Matt) and Bethany Langford, and two grandchildren: Jameson and Addison.
Dr. Langford received his Doctor of Ministry and Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He is an accomplished author, speaker, and previously hosted a local Christian teaching radio program entitled "Real Conviction." He is active in our community building bridges of connection and influence for the gospel.

Richard Castleberry

Richard joined our staff in 2006. He was born in South Alabama, in a rural area outside Red Level. He received his undergraduate degree from Troy State University and a Master of Arts in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Richard has served in full-time ministry since 1985 in North Carolina, Alabama, and Virginia. He is married to Ruth Anne, and they have two grown children, Anna Rebekah McKay (husband: Daniel) and Jon Andrew (wife: Emily), and two grandchildren: Poppy and Max.

Harry Clow
Student Pastor
Harry joined our staff in 2023. A Maryland native, Harry has worked in student ministry in churches in Maryland and Pennsylvania prior to coming to GBBC. His call to ministry stemmed from his own experience in an impactful discipleship group in high school.
Harry is a graduate of Lancaster Bible College and is currently enrolled in the Master of Divinity program at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Harry and his wife, Chrissy, have two boys: Caleb and Jonah.

Megan Perry

Megan joined our staff in 2021. She is a Hampton Roads native and was born and raised in Chesapeake. She received her undergraduate degree from Mary Baldwin College and has been an elementary school teacher for over 15 years in both the public and private school systems.
Megan has served GBBC in the Children’s, Youth, and Women’s Ministries prior to coming on staff. She is married to Adam, and they have a son, Walker.
